There are homeless encampments surrounding the property . The hotel is gated thankfully . Rooms and bathrooms do not look like pictures , bathrooms feel outdated and are dingy and dirty . Staff is extra nice . They fo charge 50 plus tax for late (12 pm) check out which is ridiculous. I Would not stay again.

The best part was the lady who checked us in, she was kind and professional even though she had people lined up. The cleaning and smell was less than good. Duvet had a stain and gave us 2 towels and one washcloths for 4 people.
