"Great location, opposite the main Atocha Train station. Cheap bus from Madrid airport to the train station. Metro outside. Dining options in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance of museums. Reception ladies really helpful and pleasant and good English. Amazing breakfast and free (!) extras [hot and cold beverages, snacks, cookies]. Room had a balcony and was fun to people watch but it also had very effective shutters to block noise. "

Most of them have been there for years and I have never ever seen such a fantastic team. I know Madrid really well and would never ever Conceive staying at another place. "Great stay in this perfectly located hotel in Puerta de Toledo. It’s literally a 15 minute walk to the Palacio Real and most major spots to sightsee in the old town. Metro station is across the street, and bus stops as well. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfy, hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Spanish Capital"
