"Everything was as advertised and communication with property manager was great. Beautifully decorated unit and well cared for with all the conveniences you could want. Beds/pillows were VERY comfortable with very nice quilts. Also, there were lots of supplies in the closet if needed (TP, etc.) Always appreciate that. Access to food/coffee and parks was easy and walkable. The listing gives details about very tight parking and the need to back out. But smaller cars are the only ones that would fit...

"My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice condo in downtown Austin. Perfect for 2 couples. Even though the shower was shared, we each had our own toilet/sink area and that made it workable. The reviews about the front bedroom and hearing the street noise is 100% accurate. But I'm a heavy sleeper and it did not affect me one bit. But it definitely could if you are a light sleeper. I was disappointed I never heard from the property owner. I had reached out and asked some questions about Austin. Never heard from him. So that was...

"In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!"

"This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce."

"The property was clean and well-furnished. The downstairs bar was very nice and convenient. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The only downside was that on our check-out day there were no available carts and we had to make many trips to our car."

My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :)"

"Great location and size for family visit to UT. Apartment was clean and easy check-in. Furniture slightly worn and dishwasher difficult to load due to tilt. Overall, great place to stay and would rent again."

"The room was smaller than we thought, there's NO way it can sleep six adults. There was no sponge to wash a dish, only one wash machine pod, and zero dishwasher soap pod... no hooks to hang a towel in the bathroom, and needed more lighting"

"Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. "
