When we arrived we were told that they needed a name brand bank card to keep on file. We booked through expedia which said the hotel would accept cash. We already paid through expedia for the stay. When we got to the hotel they told us they do not accept cash or third party cards for the $50 deposit. We did not have a name brand card with us so we called expedia, and asked for a refund. Expedia said they would send over a cancellation email to confirm they were denying cash/ third party card. The manager of the hotel said they do not answer those emails so we would just lose the money we paid to stay there. Horrible customer service. But the rooms were nice and clean.

Their elevators need maintenance. The one on the right sounded like the cords were going to snap. Then one of the left abruptly stopped and stalled at your floor.

The hotel was updated and clean with a friendly staff. My only complaint was they advertised that breakfast was included, but breakfast had to be purchased at the hotel. Multiple couples/families came into the lobby surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast, as we were.
