"Upon checking in, staff was friendly and swift with finding reservation. I was extremely intoxicated but still managed to check in. Thank you so much!"
"It was very close to shopping and Azusa Pacific University. With a few cosmetic fixes it would be nicer. Simple things like tile fixes and covering old switch plates with a pretty plate. "
"When we first arrived to the hotel we were disappointed in the outside appearance, but thought the inside would be nicer. The inside wasn't any better and the smell in the lobby as well as the rooms was terrible. It didn't appear as if the blankets on the beds had been washed for some time. My guest and I were very uncomfortable."

"I was only there for one day and it suited my needs. It was nice enough that I would stay there again, but nothing stood out during that brief trip.

"Great place to spend the night after a long day at the Just Like Heaven festival. It’s a few blocks from the Metro. Checked in almost around 1am. I was in a room of six with half of the beds taken. Bed was just big enough for me to fit but was super comfortable. Bathroom, sink and shower were super clean. Each person is assigned a locker in the room so that was very convenient. People at the front desk were fabulous. They are at there 24hrs a day. I would come here again!"

"The hotel was awesome! The architecture was beautiful, made me feel like I was in an old cathedral in Europe. Check in was so easy and so was the checkout. I highly recommend to stay at least once while in Los Angeles."
