"We got in very early from a red eye flight. Our rooms were not ready (we expected that) but the check in desk was so very accommodating. They offered for us to eat the continental breakfast and rest in the lobby. They even helped with easy directions on the train to get to Fenway Park. The neighborhood was clean and easy to walk around. Lots of food and grocery options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again. "

Checking in and checking out is a self service but there is amazing staff waiting to help you with any questions. Staff was so helpful and friendly. "We had a good stay! Great location and room! Only downside was the parking situation (definitely don’t need one in the city but we had to have it for the rest of our trip to Vermont) the garage the hotel has a deal with for parking ate one of our parking vouchers and we still had to pay for another one (even though we didn’t lose it , it just didn’t accept it at first) and it was 40 bucks a night!"
