“My family had an amazing visit to Sayulita. One reason for such a positive experience was our stay at Casita 4. This casita is so clean and comfortable. When a rental is clean, it’s easier for me to relax. I really appreciate the attention given to creating such a neat, fresh environment. The kitchen made it very convenient to prepare some meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. During our stay, we rarely needed the air conditioner because the ceiling fans and breezes kept us cool. We……

“The property/ rooms were very nice. Service was good. The only negative were the roosters that started crowing at 3am and did not quit all night. The roof eaves of our room were open so there was no way to shut off the noisy roosters outside. ”

“The area of the hotel that is finished is lovely, clean and interestingly decorated. It was fun to be there, liked the shared kitchen available. Also enjoyed the greenery around the hotel property”

“Casita #3 was great- just what we were looking for. My husband and I stayed here over over the Thanksgiving holiday for a short getaway to the sun. The place was exactly what it looked like online. Nice small place to hang out, Small kitchenette, and a big bedroom. The bathroom was great, open air windows made it feel like you were showering outdoors. “Can’t say enough good things about this property, Barbara the manager and the owners that live across the driveway. From the decor to the location everything was better than the pictures. We walked everywhere - 15- 20 min into town but that just gave us a good excuse to eat and drink more. We felt safe walking everywhere even at dusk. The beach walk home during sunset after a beautiful meal in town was amazing. Will definitely be back!!”

“Checking in was awful. There is no front desk here and the phone number noted on the front door wasn't in service. My boyfriend ended up wandering down the street and by chance found someone who could help us. It didn't make for a great start to the vacation. Once we were in, it was very nice and clean. Throughout the stay though, I noticed that the cleaner went through my bag. Nothing was taken (I don't think) but there was no point of going through my bag, so that didn't feel good. Also, I was……

“This is strictly a rental property with no fancy touches. The TVs didn’t work when we got there, they did fix them a week later but were hung from the ceiling so it was hard to watch and very grainy. The “couch” when we got there was a futon bed frame with a lumpy mess of foam, very disgusting. They did bring a new one in a week later though. The BBQ was filthy but when I mentioned it she had someone come over and clean it. It should be thrown out along with a lot of other junk in the back area.……
