"No carts at 8pm, no extra kleenex or paper towels. I called the front desk, the girl said we would have to walk to the front office, which is from one end of the hotel, to the other end, mind you, after making 2 extra trips to the car in 90 degree weather and haven driven all day. Many hotels we have visited in the last 20 years will go that extra mile when they are by themselves but not this hotel, or the girl is just lazy. We paid paid $200 and we can't be trusted with extra paper products in...
