“Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.”

“Drape curtain was broken from the ceiling. Door knob of communicating room was broken. Cabinet door covering fridge was broken. Smelly hallway coming from carpet. ”

“Hotel water temperature and a.c. temperature is controled by the hotel and not thw guests. The water was ice cold and the rooms were set at 76°. The rooms were much smaller than the photos. I will not be returning.”

“酒店的房间是很大气的，居住舒服，服务也不错，酒店泳池在顶楼，很漂亮的景色入眼，只是居住在三楼有点低，外围的环境晚上睡觉有点受影响，道路上车辆行驶的声音轰响，环境有些吵，其它的都可以。”

“The staff were very helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The art deco design was cool and the roof top bar was nice. The staff at the Naked taco were really nice. Even though they don’t have mini fridges we requested and got one sent to the room. Check in and out was easy. ”
