The staff was awesome! They were very friendly and they went out of their way to help. They made us feel special. The staff did a great job telling us about the area and things to do. Th room service food was excellent. Only downside was the small size of the rooms, but they were very clean. We willl stay there again if we make it back to Barcelona.

I was told there was a pool on the roof...there was a pool where you could only paddle...more for children. My room was overlooking another property ....apartments with washing hanging outcand very noisy in the evenings.

We were told numerous times by 2 sets of policemen that the area that this hotel is in is the worst area as far as crime in Barcelona. We were not aware of this when we booked. This was very concerning to us and I wish we had known that beforehand which is why I wanted to write this review. The hotel was okay, but the area was quite the opposite!
