“The lighting of the property was extremely poor, particular at night. It was so bad I couldn’t see going down the major walkway outside. I had to use the light of my cell phone so I did not trip on anything.Little to No lights at all at night …. I was in disbelief. ”

The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“The food was great! The rooms perfect size. The entertainment one of the best I have seen! The singers and dancers were true professionals! The hostesses and waiters were very friendly. We met a cook who prepared sancocho for the hotel was very friendly as well and delicious food prepared by him and his team. We did Mexican and seaside grill while there. The food was good but we prefer the buffet as there are more choices and traveled with family and kids. The buffet had a kids section for food……

“Darling and Benlin helped to make our short vacay great. What prevented me for given 5 stars is the lack of towels. It was very difficult to get towels to shower with so bring your own so you won’t run into issues. We had booked a swim out for 3 and It was difficult to get 3 sets of towels. For the swim out pool towels should be accessible in the room. I had to walk all the way to beach just to get towels even though we was staying on the adult side next to the adult pool. Staff would not give……

“Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. ”

“I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel.”

“We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget……
