“The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot.”

“Loved how cute this apartment is, felt very homey and the owner was very kind. Complimentary transportation from the airport from a very kind sweet woman named Virginia. Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit! ”

“It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.”

“This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info……
