"Easy access to the beach! The views are AMAZING - the porch is quiet and relaxing. Check in and out were a breeze. Bunk bed was a little less sturdy than I would expect but mattresses and linens were comfortable! The beach chairs were rusted - we found 3 usable ones for 4 of us, so keep that in mind. Rusty was super responsive when we had internet issues. A really nice and pleasant guy to chat with. A great spot for a relaxing girls weekend!"

"We loved staying in this property! It was easy access to the beach and the Sandbar! I love that it was dog friendly and my dog had plenty of space to roam around! The island is very dog friendly which I LOVE! Will definitely be returning back to this property."

"We stayed at the condo for a quick spring break trip and absolutely loved it! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw numerous dolphins! The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 guests. We would definitely come back!"

"Fripp Island is a fantastic getaway!! Would certainly recommend. Only problem was the elevator was non-operational for the final two days, but the stairs to the garage worked just fine! An excellent location on the beach, plus the golf cart to use all over the island was exceptional! Will be glad to return and use again in the future!"

"This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing...

"Harbor Island is one of the friendliest and most relaxing places we’ve visited. Community pool overlooks the marsh. Very nice dog park. Great hosts. Spacious condo with very generous starter amounts of everything you need. Easily cooked for our family. Saw many alligators and nesting egrets from the balcony. Binoculars help!"

"We have returned to Harbor Island several times. This condo was pretty perfect for us. We love to go to Hunting Island State Park. We love the beach and the free pass that you all provide. Very well stocked kitchen and we just cannot say anything negative about this condo. We will stay here again. Highly recommend Seaside restaurant and picking fresh strawberries at Dempsey Farms."

"This condo is in the Captain John Fripp Villas, which is a great location right in the center of the island next to the resort Beach Club. There is also direct access to the beach from the condo complex. The rental price included resort amenity cards which provided access to the resort’s restaurants, pools, activities and other amenities.
