“Was very disappointed with the outdoor water park not being opened for our 4 year old granddaughter, the carpet in the lobby was very dirty and stained up, our bathroom door would not even latch shut, was excepting much more from the Wilderness Resort.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“The outside of the property was underwhelming. It looks like a motel but the inside has been refurbished and the room looked brand new! This is one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, even though it was the least expensive on Expedia! Large kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave…and a 2 burner INDUCTION STOVETOP! Beds were super comfy, shower was large and looked brand new with heavy sliding glass doors. I was truly impressed…once I got to the room. Highly recommend!”

The hotel was easy to get in and out of especially with all the traffic in Pigeon Forge. We would stay there again since this hotel is 🐕 dog friendly. ”
