"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again."

We arrived very late and the snacks and bottled water helped so much. The home is easily accessible from 1604 and the community is quiet. I was never concerned nor apprehensive about our safety. The beds extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with hot tea or with a cold drink. I definitely 100% will seek this host...

We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We loved the property location and the pool area is beautiful. However, there are a few small tweaks that could be done such as fixing the bathroom doors so they stay closed. The most troubling safety concern we had was the strong smell of natural gas and I was not sure that there were C02 detectors. The smell was the strongest in the laundry room so we opted not to use the washer and dryers. Otherwise, it was a lovely property."
