OK hotel in good location
Room was a good size and the bathroom was large, but this may have because it was equipped for a wheelchair guest. Decor rather tired. Needs investment. No food at this hotel and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Immediate area location of the hotel is downmarket, but the train station is only 10-15 minutes walk and it is only a similar time to walk to the sights in the historic centre. 5 minutes from the main shopping street and lots of restaurants. A good location for a tourist hotel.

It had all the essentials. The beds were okay. Tv was the tiniest thing but we had a laugh about that. Room was very small, the beds took up the whole thing. The queen bed was two twins pushed together but we didn’t mind.

Ok nothing special
Friendly staff but the hotel should let people check in early. They do offer early check in apparently but have to pay extra. Hotel is outdated but most 3 stars in Italy are. Overall happy with the hotel.

The rooms stank of sewage, they were tiny an pokey and the staff were unfriendly. Especially the male on duty when we checked out.

No air conditioning. It was very hot! We slept with window open and heard dogs barking and people talking throughout the night. If only the AC worked! That's why we are just OK.

The property was OK and centrally located but the staff were not friendly and did not give much information about the hotel amenities or the surrounding area (things to do). The maps and that kind of information was around the corner from the front desk and we only discovered it on our own on check-out day. Would not recommend this hotel.

FABULOUS HOTEL IN GREAT LOCATION
Amazing stay. Near station, great location for centre. Loads of fab restaurants and cafes near hotel. Room clean and comfy bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a balcony which was lovely and we sat out in the sunshine.

Beautiful hotel, we were so happy here and never wanted to leave! The staff were so lovely and helpful and the outdoor area of the restaurant was the perfect spot to relax. Can’t wait to come back here!

Wife & I had very nice newly renovated room that was very large by Europe standards. We spent 1 day at the 2 Ferrari museums, & 1 day seeing old Bologna city. Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Excellent value.

It's a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. It's a bit far out of the city center but it's walking distance, and it makes it nice and quite. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

All you need
Spent a night and had a good experience. Situated 10 mins walk from the central station and 15 minutes walk from the piazza maggiore. Lack of hot drink complimentaries though. The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Good price and friendly staff so recommend this place.

The room was cold so sleeping was uncomfortable. Even though they said they had WIFI it did not work or was very spotty. They gave slippers and bathroom amenities, nice cookies and coffee maker. The tv was very small and difficult to see from the bed. Elevator could only handle 1 person and 1 large luggage. Location was quiet and not to far from the train station.

Central for shopping, transport, restaurants etc
This hotel is very convenient for shopping, transport, tourist sites and restaurants all within a short walk. Helpful staff spoke good english. Comfortable beds, nice ensuite bathroom. Only downside was no dining room since Covid, but an excellent coffee shop about a hundred meters away.

The hotel is in a good location. The problem is that all sounds travel through the walls, especially from the room next door, but even from the room across the hall. We were not able to sleep until the people next door decided to go to bed.

Check in was excellent, and the hotel staff were all friendly. The room was spacious and bright, with a lovely bathroom. The pillows were a little flat but that was the only issue we found.
