The property is modern and clean, but the amenties, like the breakfast and valet are terrible. I would not wish the breakfast on my worst enemy. For $400 per night, I expect a bfast that is not empty and the absolute worst quality. By 845 am, coffee was all out, food was mostly out, no fruit, no bagels, nothing but potatoes and the worst plastic eggs. I dont know where these "eggs" are from, but they look and feel like plastic. i just opted out honestly. plus, the wait was like 20 mins to get a plate. The valet was a mess. No one was really directing cars, people did not know where to go. People were constantly blocking the drive thru. No one was really handling it. It was pretty quick to get my car, through a text number, but still, not great. The front desk agents were super standoffish, which outside of this hotel, was a very uncommon thing. Bostonians are super friendly, so im not sure why everyone here is in such a bad mood. View from the room was great, but it is a bit isolated from the city itself, so plan to uber everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Next time, I would stay elsewhere.
