Village By The Beach is an impressive newer community with 2 incredible pools heated for year round swimming, BBQ pits and restrooms. Located close to Bob Hall Pier, dining locations, and nightlife.

This townhome was completed the summer of 2017. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 story, beach view, and fenced in yard. Can accommodate up to 8 guests with a King size bed in the master, a full/twin bunk and single twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs along with full baths in both. The living area and kitchen are upstairs to maximize the view along with a full bath. Well behaved pets are welcome with a paid pet fee, the small fenced in backyard and upper balcony are arranged for outdoor relaxing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need to fill like you are right at home. Keurig coffee maker is available with coffee pods provided, along with a toaster, crockpot, blender, and tea kettle. WIFI internet is provided. Smart TV's are in every room with extended cable and access to your Netflix or other TV accounts.

Enjoy the luxury of doing laundry right here in the home with a full size new washer and dryer, soap provided.

This property also includes clean linens, bath towels, beach towels and many, many other amenities. Pet friendly but please be sure to select that you are bringing your fur baby and pay the $100 pet fee.

The property is located on a barrier island. Grass is not something we have plenty of, the yard and common areas are white rock and convenient to pick up after pets. Pooch pick up bags are provided as well at the designated pet waste stations on the property.
