The room was recently remodeled, but it was not finished. There was missing tiles in bathroom. The toilet seat was loosened each day by house keeping and I tightened it twice, to come back to room and it be loosened again. Tub fid not drain well at all and toilet didn’t flush well. The breakfast was not good at all. The front desk had towels for pool and yelled at you to leave them in the pool room, and was not friendly at all. We have been trying out different hotels and we will not be staying here again.

For the most part our stay was good. It was quiet, easy to get to from the main strip of Branson. Clean for the most part for the age of the motel. We had issues the 1st night with our bed having wet spots. When we called down to the front desk to address the issue I was asked if we just wanted to sleep on it and fix the problem in the morning. I told them no that the bed was wet and we did not want to sleep on it. I asked about moving rooms and they said they were booked. Well after 2 hours of nobody coming to the room we put an extra blanket on it and tried not to sleep on that side of the bed so we could just go to sleep. Then housekeeping showed up at our door at 11:30pm after we were already asleep and just told them we would worry about it the next day. The bedding was changed the next day. The worst part was just when asked if we just wanted to sleep on it.

Honestly the indoor pool. The amenities were better then the other hotels we've been to. Will definitely come back next time we stay in Branson.

I didn’t like that when I arrived to the hotel there was no one there to greet you when you walk in. There’s a bell you have to press & then you have to wait another 10 min for anyone to show up. I paid for a king size bedroom & was told they only had Queen available. The room smelled like mold & the towel rack was falling out of the wall. The blanket had a cigarette burn hole in it & this was a non smoking room. The pool & jacuzzi was out of service due to having to be serviced. It was not available for our stay. When we went to get breakfast no greets you & once again no one at the front desk.
