Nice roomy condo in good location
Clean, roomy with everything we needed. The toddler cots and pack n play were put to good use. We arrived on an extremely hot day which made the upstairs loft area very warm, however it cooled off quickly.The enclosed porch adds additional usable space for the families to use for gametime, eating etc. The pool is right behind the condo and a very short walk. Communication with the owner was great and questions were answered quickly.

This annual trip with me, my daughters-in-law, and my granddaughters has become a tradition. We had a wonderful time. This condo was perfect compared to getting 2 hotel rooms together. The living room was the perfect gathering area. We had a special time to bond together and enjoy each other.

AMAZING FAMILY CONDO
Excellent location (easy to get in and out of the area).Felt just like home from everything we needed, cleanliness,games and the glass sunroom was definitely a great plus. I could write a book about this condo but suffice it to say I WILL BE BACK!

Great stay!
Loved the property and condo. The only thing I would suggest is maybe check the coffee pot, it seemed to work very slow and check the dishwasher. My cousin tried to run the dishwasher and she said the door wouldn't shut for her and it had sour water in the bottom of it. We just took the few dishes out of it and washed and dried them by hand. The carpet needed cleaned but overall it was good and I would definitely stay again. The beds slept nice even the pull out couch!

Great Unit-Great Location- Great Vacation event!
Our family of seven (7) enjoyed this property. Location is excellent to many venues including swimming pool. The unit itself is set up very nice for families wanting to stay together but large enough to promote privacy. The one issue we had was resolved quickly and communication from owner was excelling- allowing us a great vacation at the Penthouse!

Great Space and Location!
There were 10 in your group ranging from ages 2-49. The unit had more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the grill was conveniently located directly behind the unit. We spent lots of time at both pools and we enjoyed being so close to Table Rock Lake. Aaron was great, he responded promptly to my questions. The unit could use some updating but overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay at this property again. Thank you Aaron, you were an excellent host!

Absolutely Great Vacation
This condo was perfect for visiting Branson. It was only 5 minute drive to the strip as well as a nice grocery store and Walmart. We had access to 3 wonderful pool areas and playground. The kids participated in crafts in the resort clubhouse, watched movies in the theatre with popcorn and candy. They loved it! Everything was really clean, and fully stocked. We used paper plates often, because we had to wash the dishes by hand-which was a lot for 10 people, since the dishwasher would not close properly. I would have liked for the condo to provide pool towels as it took up a lot of room to pack 10 towels for all of our family. There were so many beds-and extra pillows and blankets that really accommodated our family. I was so glad there was even a pack n play for the 3 yr old to sleep in, but I really wish there was a high chair, it was hard to feed the 3 yr old at the dining table, she kept dropping her food and made a mess. We brought board games, but was amazed there was several really fun ones already in the condo! I recommend this condo for sure!! so nicely furnished and comfortable!

Perfect Property!
We came to Branson to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day. This condo accommodated our family perfectly. Our kids and grandkids were all able to stay with us. Our 6 and 9 year old grandkids had a lot of room and adventurous areas to play and our 6 month old twin grandsons had plenty of room to stretch out and rest comfortably. The condo was very clean, spacious, provided essential amenities and was welcoming. We will definitely book this property again in the future. Aaron reached out right away to welcome us and made himself available should we have any needs while there. We definitely felt like we were home the entire weekend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

A joke
My family had a girls weekend. We arrived at the condo and checkin was a breeze. Everything seemed great until we started taking showers and noticed we had no hot water..at all. We went to pull the pullout from the couch out and it was broken. We called the persons of contact several times. An hour later someone finally called back and said someone was on the way. By this time we had already pulled the bed out. The people got there to help with the bed and they had no clue what to do. It was the cleaning crew. Yes that’s right the cleaning crew which just started the job. They didn’t know what to do so they took pictures and sent them to the persons of contact. We ended up sleeping on the pullout bed but sleeping with our heads at the foot of bed because the head of the bed was on the ground. Ummm that’s ridiculous, especially when we’ve paid over $1000 to stay here. The person of contact offered to buy us an air mattress to stay on all three nights. I told him that’s ridiculous. He stated that this is not a hotel! There were no pillow cases for the pillows for the pullout bed. There are only two towels per bathroom so accommodating 12 people didn’t work well. We had to run laundry a lot. There were so many other problems just too many to call out. Overall don’t waste your money on this place or the person who own it. It’s not worth the hassle. There are much better places to stay at.

This property is AMAZING in person!!! It accommodated myself and 5 kids extremely. The contact person informed me personally if I needed further accommodations to immediately reach out. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything. The pictures on site really don’t do this property justice. The view and location was perfect. We were close by to all our attractions. The beds are so comfortable as well. Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my family stay and would stay again if I visited Branson. I would highly recommend this condo to any family!!!
