“We had a fabulous stay! Clean, comfortable, and on the beach! This is a perfect spot! Great accommodations and communication.”

“Our family had a great time. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody. One complaint it needs a deep cleaning especially in the bathrooms. Lots of mold in the bathrooms and bedding wasn’t clean”

“This was a nice place to stay. AC was COLD… Right across the street from the beach… management was extremely nice and hospitable… place was clean and inviting. I’m definitely booking it for my next vacation in that area. Only negative was the plastic cups and that’s minuscule… 10/10… fit me my wife my 3,7,and 15 year old comfortably”

“This property was nice and only a few steps away from the beach. My family loved the fact that there are 3 full baths and plenty of sleep space. There was even an extra set of bunk beds that we didn’t realize were there. However, we did have a few drawbacks with this property. The day before our vacation we were told that the dishwasher wasn’t working and were offered paper plates to help. The morning of our vacation I refer email which stated that both the Pool and Dock were out of service.……

“This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We love how close it is to the beach. We also enjoyed walking and running in such a nice area. The Beach House was a great place to eat (it was about a block away). The house was clean and comfortable, and we will probably be back again next year. ❤️”

“Condo does need some updates to the decor. Couch has seen better days. AC was great!! Bed was comfortable. Countertops and kitchen nice. Bathroom has a nice showe in it. Sliding glass door us extremely hard to open and close to the balcony. Balcony had a fantastic view. Saw dolphins everyday!!! Would definitely stay here again. Nice community pool and courts. Boat doc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice access to the beach across the street.”

“Beautiful location. Would like to see a couple updates, especially windows facing the water. They got condensation between the panes and couldn't see the gulf on the cold mornings.”

“This cute little condo had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The weather was not great for a beach getaway, but we could still sit on the balcony and watch the waves.”

“The building/facility itself was in good shape. Nice pool and tennis court that overlooked the bay side. Our balcony had a great view of the ocean which was right across the street. However, the unit we stayed in was dirty and dated. We found a pair of men’s underwear under the kitchen sink. That was disgusting by itself.”

“The location of this property is amazing and you can see the gulf from the kitchen. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards) as well as everything we needed inside to comfortably live for the week. It was really convenient to be steps away from the beach and also have a small shopping complex across the street. We barely had to use our car with a restaurant, seafood market, ice cream shop and……
