"The property is as advertised. We were very happy with the proximity to all New Orleans has to offer. Frenchman Street is only a few blocks, which runs into the French Quarter. We were able to walk safely day or night. The Marigny neighborhood has lots of local culture. The fenced in courtyard was charming and perfect for our dog. The hosts gave us our privacy, but was there if we needed them. They also offered two bikes for use. We would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed here when visiting New Orleans for a Bachelorette party weekend, and this property truly elevated the experience! It’s such a cool house in a great location, and the hosts were very thoughtful in providing amenities above and beyond to accommodate us to make our stay easier, such as an earlier check in, makeup towels in every bathroom and even themed welcoming decorations! The rooms were very comfortable, beautiful and thoughtfully supplied, and checkout was very easy as well! 10/10,...

"The four of us were very comfortable here, we had everything we needed. Hip Marigny Guest House
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (60)
"We loved this cute home away from home. Really nice courtyard and canopy of Magnolia trees and tropical palms make you feel like you are in a really cool tree house. Rita is the perfect host, friendly and communicative. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter. Map quest will tell you to take Peters Street, don't do it, super sketchy area. Stick to the residential areas. We located about 10 minutes walking distance to Frenchmen Street which is wonderful. The stay is unique...

"We loved the location of this beautiful Bywater suite. It had everything we needed for a long weekend in NOLA. We found the neighborhood to be very walkable with many great little restaurants, shops, art and bars. We were able to park right outside the residence and found other spots to park if it were needed. Everyone was friendly and by far our favorite neighborhood to stay in. We would definitely stay again!"
