"The property was perfect for our family (ages 8-82) We set up a pickleball tournament that lasted our entire stay. there was something for all. The pool, Hot Tub and Ping-Pong were well used. Perfect place for all my family to spend precious time together. The only recommendation would be to set the ping pong table up in the garage to have a safer area and more space. I understand that things are outdated but their is no excuse for it to be dirty. Two of the three toilets were absolutely disgusting. My friends had to scrub them down. "The location was great, the unit was and the four-unit complex was very quiet, with external grounds that were well maintained. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs."

"Wonderful little place. A block away from the main drag with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The backdrop, right out the door, is the san Jacinto mountains. The base of the mountains is probably not even a half mile from the front door. The view is amazing. The studio is very clean, organized, small but easy to move around in. The studio is part of a small complex which is also clean and pretty. Great landscaping too. An all around wonderful place to stay."
