We stayed for a week, the first two days we had cold water and after complaining for three days they finally moved us to the renovated side of the hotel. Food is average and good for all inclusive. It’s hard to make a reservation for the two restaurants that they have. Buffet is very good. Great staff. Entertainment is not the best. Overall For the price it is good .

Liked beach palapa. Food was sub par with limited choices. Power was out for 16 hours including during the heat of the day. Was prepared to leave the property and go to a different resort when power finally was restored late afternoon.

I stayed for 4 nights with my daughter .5/23-5/28. I had an amazing time, the food was delicious. I had 2 of the most amazing waiters. Oswaldo and Miguel. Property is clean, beach is beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the blocked sewer smell. Some areas of the property had a odor, not over powering but noticeable .Our toilet clogged twice but they were quick to resolve the issue. But I would definitely return. ❤️

This hotel was very secretive about there all inclusive when. Asked what restaurants are included no one seemed to know. After finding out the restaurant a they all needed reservations except the one on the beach and they food had no flavor and only limited to a small selections on the menu.

Me encanto Nyx!!!! El vibe, la playa, el staff! En especial E S T E L a at the front desk! She is a doll. Everyone is very friendly. The breakfast is amazing, lunch and dinner on the beach deck it is really good. Each day a different menu. Nunca comi en Chianti o Unami, solo porque preferi comer algo mas local.
