Outside property looks nice, except inside room was somewhat old and customer service was more anticipated for tips. Place is so quiet with no music or night life music or party. After 10pm is so quiet

The food was very bad. All the restaurants from the property don't work every day, plus they feed you the same food from the main buffet but just arranged differently in a plate so you could feel like in a restaurant. Only 1 outside restaurant feeding all of 5 pyramids full of people. You can stay in line for 30 min. Better get dressed and go inside the buffet. Very confusing buildings, we got lost 3 times together with the children. We were located in the central pyramid which has a couple elevators and gets you in totally different floors or exits. Laura and Josue were amazing from the pool bar.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained. The room was spacious but need some work. The lighting in the bathroom is poor and the water had no pressure. We were celebrating our anniversary. The day that we got there they left a bottle of wine with 2 glasses, when we came back from the beach they took the bottle and glasses, we told the concierge but they never put it back. We were supposed to get a tour to know where the restaurants, spa and everything was located but never happened. They just gave us a map and figure it out. Some people at the reception were rude. We went to the beach every day and nobody was there to offer drinks, we have to get everything ourselves. So yes...beautiful hotel but need a lot of improvement in customer service and the rooms. We are not planning to stay again and I won't recommend it. Armando at the buffet great guy, always with a smile and making sure you have everything you needed.

I liked the hotel a lot. There are a lot people in the hotel trying to get you to book your next stay, or book excursions. It got to a point where we would try to avoid those areas were these sales people lurked. I also was a little disappointed with amount of loud music being played during the day. I would rather hear the ocean waves crash. But I did enjoy a quiet part of the pool, where I had great service.
