Very good experience. The staff were great, the room was great. Exceeded my expectations in every way, but the attached restaurant is pricey for breakfast. Would happily stay again next time.

There was nothing unique I could comment on .Liked the availability of a laundry -but keeping machines operational is important. What was utterly disappointing was the quality of the breakfast, eggs dried out, most items that were cooked -were cold.

Convenient hotel for a trip in Cardiff Bay. Clean linens and bathroom though cushions and bedspread due a wash. Reception and breakfast staff were charming. Great poached eggs thank you! The sofabed was fine for our children but the mattress was very thin and lumpy and would not have been suitable for even small adults. The bathroom light could not be switched on and off at will, but came on about 2 minutes after being switched on (room 630).
