“Great place but middle of business district which is entirely dead on weekends ”

“We stayed because a grandson was running in the State Track meet. We had other grandkids - disappointed that 2 of the pools were closed, but enjoyed the one that was open. We happened to leave 3 pillows in Room 270. We stopped back after the track meet - about 5:00 pm and no one could find them. Very disappointed about that!! Still hope they will look into that and try to find them and let us know - we left a phone number.”

“Staff and hotel were wonderful! Pillows were great and showers were perfect. Location is amazing. Style of hotel is a dream. Restaurant and coffee shop were delicious! Would have been 5 stars but the BEDS were miserable. Definitely a bummer to have a hotel be this close to perfect but use discount mattresses. ”

“The check in was very easy! Parking $30 a day but you can easily find parking on the street. The elevator went down soon after check in but they were fast and it didn’t take long for them to get it fixed! There are so many restaurants and things to do around the hotel. So you literally just can park and walk around the city! Location is great!!!”

“Stayed here for a business trip and family. The room was ok, had to ask several times for it to be cleaned just trash picked up and clean towels but never got done without asking several times. The pull out bed was super small that my 12 year old who is 5ft 4 could hardly fit on it. Breakfast in the morning was good. Pool my kids loved but over done on chlorine levels and disappointed the hot tub was sealed off. Also during weather events such as tornadoes there is no information on were to go……
