"This cabin was very nice and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed for our weekend stay; well stocked with kitchen items, towels, dvds, etc. It is a quiet setting with neighbors, but not too close and with no road access except for the private drive that brought us to our cabin, there is no traffic at all. Lovely, clear lake and it just was a really nice weekend."

"This was very disappointing. It was not cleaned. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it The wastebasket under the sink was full. The bathrooms were not clean. The house smelled of cats. The owner apologized because she wasn’t able to catch one of her cats. The cat came into the house the first night and scared us."

"Simply delightful! Has everything you would need with beautiful views and amenities. I had to look a few times for “check-in and out” rules and procedures-abd couldn’t find any. I think common sense tells a person to treat the property as if it was your own….and have a wonderful time! Such a nice person to deal with. "We stayed here for a fall weekend and it was located perfectly between Lake George and Park Rapids. Nice cabin! Everything was as advertised and only complaint would be bringing dish and hand soap...and the main queen bed is super comfy, but its very noisy! 3rd world problems I suppose, but literally the squeakiest bed. Adjusting during sleep it's like the bed is screaming from giving birth lol! We'd stay here again for sure though! Great location, great cabin!"

"Loved the area. Lake Melissa is a hidden gem. We lucked out and stayed just as the autumn colors in the trees were at their peak! The view of the lake was incredible out of the many windows.
