"We stayed here as a family and were happy with the apartment, location, and service. We able to walk many places, and also close to the metro, and a nice view of the palace of culture and science. We used the kitchen and enjoyed having a bakery right across the courtyard. The only downside is that the second bedroom got pretty hot since it did not have a window ~ though there were fans, which helped. Overall, we were pleased. "

Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is an easy walk to wherever a tourist wants to be."
