My family and I had a great time pools were great and golf was amazing

The lacrosse attendance caused for a very uncomfortable stay for our family of 4 guests. Parking was a nightmare couldn’t find one for over 30 mins. The pool over crowded. Not enough staff for the guests. Food took too long. I’ll never come back during a sporting event. Omni does not have enough staff to support the guests and definitely not enough parking.

I liked the hotel property, but not how busy it was. I went for a lazy River experience and could not get through the river because of so many people

Cleanliness was appreciated and great atmosphere.
Polite staff at restaurant
Was disappointed about not having enough bright lights.. very dark , could not see to put my makeup on for my wedding I was there to attend.
Also , taking a shower was very frustrating, the water keeps on lodging and I always would have to use my hands to lift up the drainer .. wish to see improvements for my next stay ..

The property and landscaping was beautiful, the pools and the staff were awesome, I loved the breakfast buffet, the restaurant upstairs the food (the tacos) were really good, the Baileys dessert was super good, just a little pricey
