Perfect for a small girls trip!
The space was awesome! Equipped with everything you might need and looked just like the pictures. Close enough to downtown to walk to everything. The parking space was tight, but completely doable and the walls are thin so you can really here the upstairs neighbors walking, but the noise machines were an awesome edition. We loved every minute!

Great place
The unit was extremely cute and very functional. Easy walk to downtown. Few dilapidated buildings around it, but otherwise a fine location. Parking was less than ideal, though. Extremely tight parking space and very difficult to back out because of the busy road.

Owners were very easy to get in touch with when I had questions! You can hear cars driving by at night but that’s to be expected in downtown Charleston and the owners thought to provide a sound machine 👍

Nice stay
Satisfactory, good location, well appointed kitchen. Very tight shared parking with upstairs unit, on a first come first served basis. This was not ideal. The management company was very responsive and good to deal with.

Great for a weeklong stay
We stayed here during our wedding week in Charleston and it was great. There is some street noise at night, but they provide sound machines in both bedrooms.

We stayed at the property for a full week. It is very clean and as pictured. It is on the very north end of King street, so everything is a good 10-20 minute walk. I will warn you, it is very loud. Lots of road noise as it’s at a busy intersection, and the upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud. But, for a week we made it work and enjoyed having more space than in a hotel. The owners are very communicative and helpful.

Great Place and Walkable
This VRBO was a great place to stay in Charleston. It is walking distance from coffee shops and King street- super accessible. The upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy- you can hear almost everything when they are up there. Other than that I would stay here again. Thanks so much!

The apartment itself was beautiful inside, felt very comfortable and safe, clean and a great nights sleep! The neighboring properties were condemned or neglected we didn't feel comfortable walking around, but it was super close to cute King St shops and other great locations.

Great Rental
We stayed at your rental in July 2021 for our cousin's engagement celebration. We found the property to be clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The owners were quick to respond to communication prior to arriving. This rental is in a prime location within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you! ***Side note....I read a few reviews on this site of guests complaining about the noise. I would recommend guests do their research on this area as it is known to be an area that is walkable to restaurants and bars. It is obvious that people will be walking by the unit. If you are looking for peace and quiet, downtown Charleston is not your destination. You should stay out at the beaches.

Location Location Location
The inside of the property was nice, beds comfy and linens nicely done. The location is both convenient to shops and restaurants within an easy walk, but also the house is across from a lot that has semi truck trailers parked in it and on sort of a sad looking street...the outside of this property and many on the street need some TLC. Also there is a lot of street noise for the bedroom on the front of the house. We stayed for two nights, a Wednesday and Thursday, and there was loud street noise from cars, as well as from people on the street. The bedroom is literally right up to the street so there is no buffer to traffic noise. There was a white noise machine in the bedroom to help cancel out some of the street noise . The hosts were good about communication, answered questions very quickly and were helpful!

Incredible Place/Location is perfect!
This is was the perfect place with an awesome location. Close to King Street, quiet neighbors and plenty of room. The apartment was fully stocked and ready for guest. It was simply well thought out and staged so well! Check in and out was so easy and we will defiantly be back! If I had to nick pick the only suggestion I could even give would be to change the artwork to reflect the local flare. Again, that truly is the only thing I could even recommend and let's fact it ..does it really matter? Great place! Very clean which is the most import thing to me along with location and this place has it all!

Girls weekend
Great short term rental. Driveway is narrow and may need assistance to watch traffic and back out on to street. A little further then expected from markets and historic tours and restaurants but easy enough to catch a Uber or find a parking garage. Some in our group walked it easily enough. Place was cute and clean.

Quick walk to King Street shops and bars
The property was beautiful, beds were comfortable. The only reason I would stay somewhere else next time is because it was very loud at night. They did provide white noise machines which helped. If I was in my 20's or 30's coming to party on Kings street, this place would have been perfect.

Beautiful historical Charleston!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Charleston home as a stopping point on our way to Florida. We also had our 2 yo son with us and we felt very safe with him being there. I wish we were able to stay longer because this house was awesome and Charleston is one of the most beautiful cities in the USA. This neighborhood is up and coming however safe. Lots of people (all ages) walking the side walks. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. We did not have issues with city noise like others have reviewed but, this is a home located in the city so don't be surprised by noise. Kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. We didn't really use it though because we only stayed 1 night. We ended up using Grubhub and had food delivered. Very easy!! Backyard is fenced and was nice for our son to play around in with his tractor toys. Very safe! Another must mention is how comfortable the beds and pillows are! I think the brand and mattress model should just be listed in property information because these beds are that good and I definitely want to order this mattress for my home. The bathroom was very clean and trendy. A must mention in the bathroom is the shower head will accommodate a basketball player. Very tall shower head which was very nice for my tall husband. If you love historical buildings/neighborhoods, and everything Charleston then this is a beautiful place to stay. The Hadley's
