Stayed for the Bad Bunny concert and was so convenient that it was down the street of the arena. Walkable area in downtown. Rooms were clean and they gave a free water bottle!

As far as my room was concerned the room was nice and very clean.. the staff was friendly however their informational skills was way off. First let’s talk about parking.. we was told by the lady at the front desk upon check in that we park in there parking area and we give them the slip and we would not be charged.. however that was not the case it is $30 for parking there over night and you can not leave.. if you want to come and go without paying each time you do so pay them for to park for you but either way you have to pay to park.. then I booked through Expedia my room should of been paid for in full except for the damage deposite but yet the hotel charged me a extra $22.64 cent to stay with them.. when I reached out about this they said Expedia didn’t pay for my room completely and that I owed them that.. which should not have been the case at all.. it seems to me it just extra charge after extra charge when staying at this hotel

BAD ATTITUDES. Unfriendly and poor customer service. Rude responses; no hospitality. No coffee or hot water @8am. Rooms are out dated.
