"Large, comfortable lower-level apartment right on Lake Norman. Peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities taken care of. Kitchen is a little dated, but well stocked. Bedroom large and comfortable! Loved the dock and kayaks!"

We enjoyed a bottle of wine sitting on the dock while taking in the beauty of the lake. Nicole was extremely welcoming when we arrived & very sweet. "Our group loved the area for this years annual golf trip. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of room for our 12 person group! The house is equipped with pool and hot tub and plenty of beds for many guests/kids as well. It’s also located very close to bars and restaurants which we ubered to each night. Loved the area and would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This was our homebase leading up to my daughter's wedding in Charlotte. The house, the location, and the host were absolutely perfect! We were so comfortable and were close enough to Charlotte to handle wedding details but far enough away to relax and enjoy family time. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. There are games and puzzles, an electronic dart board, a wonderful porch swing, kayaks, and the kitchen is to die for!
