“The property seemed a little dated, was basic but had everything we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was good. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants ”

The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. “The hotel and staff was great. They did loose power for about twelve hours one day. Nothing they could had known or done. They got it fixed and compensated accordingly. Great dining in the area. A clean city. The down side was loud car revving and burnouts through out the night. Concerning was the high visibility and amount of armed security officers. This was through out the city. Also the pat downs to get into some bars/clubs.”

“Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely. Only 1 restaurant onsite as……

“We had a great stay at the Drury Inn at Arrowood! It is very convenient to I-77 and I-485 and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The free food and drinks every night is an incredible perk of this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. We love staying at Drury Inn whenever we travel!”
