The stay was good but getting in your room not so good check in time was 3:00 we were not able to get in till 4::00 or a little later concert start at 5:45 not much Time to get ready and get there.

Rooms were not ready at checkin. The lobby was a holding area for guests that were forced to wait almost two hours for rooms to be available. The gentleman checking guests in was rude and dismissive. Checkout was aim impromptu scavenger hunt. They have two Marriott hotels in the same building but staff to cover one. I’m going to suggest they focus on one and sell the other. It’s apparent that they have bitten off more than they can chew.

The hotel has all amenities that you can ask for, including a kitchen in your room and a gym. The room has plenty of space and there is a rooftop restaurant that you can visit if you want to have a too view of the city. The hotel is located within the centre of Charlotte and therefore is easy to find dinning options..I recommend this hotel.

Location was great as we were in town for the NCAA Basketball tournament. We were able to walk to everything. Property overall was clean and quiet. Parking was a bit confusing when we arrived and the front desk person who checked us in did not explain the details on where to park or that there was a parking card we were to use to park in the hotel guest area. Daily breakfast was ok but please include some options that are vegan-friendly.

Rooftop bar was great but very expensive like NYC pricing. On Friday & Saturday nights there is a DJ until 1am so if you're on the 20-21st floors just below the rooftop you definitely hear the music
