The employees were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended. It was also awesome that there was a African restaurants and gas station in walking distance.

The staff is really friendly and they helped a lot . Our bags didn’t arrive and they provided some toiletries, and guided us to a store to buy clothes and to have something to eat!

We returned to the hotel around 9 pm after a dinner appointment and noticed two individuals in the tree line close to the area where we were going to park which resulted in our moving to the opposite end of the lot.

Staff was great. The smoking area was directly below our room (we were in 406). The cigarette smoke infiltrated our room presumably through the air intake system.

The front desk check in was great- Latisha was friendly, professional and gave us a great dinner recommendation. If you need a hotel near the airport or 85, this fits the bill.

We waited for two hours and the shuttle never came to pick is up!!! They kept saying they were on there way and never showed up! This was a horrible experience I will never book this hotel again.

Letitica was a delight! The staff was all very kind and helpful. I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend as it was not far from downtown Charlotte and super close to the airport.

Nice room, quiet location. Shuttle service to/from the airport with friendly drivers. Bathroom needs updating, breakfast was quite basic, all pre-packaged food other than the make your own waffle machine.

We missed our flight and already checked in the bag, Got to the room on the 4th floor tired, first impression was nice and clean, but it was no water at all. Called the desk, they said we can get 2 bottles downstairs for free, if more $2/bottle. In the room it was no toothbrush and toothpaste, but everything is available for charge at front desk . Furthermore, we killed the cockroach in the room:-(, and of course then it was upsetting…

Hotel made unauthorized debit from my checking acct despite being paid in full a month in advance. Once I called, it took them 7 days to return my money. My credit card shows payment of $82 to Expedia. Expedia receipt shows they paid hotel $82. At check-in I gave my debit card for incidentals (there were none). Later I saw the hotel took $103 from my acct. AND started a 2nd debit of $128 but reversed that one the same day. Both amounts are MORE than my room cost. I called while $103 debit was still “pending” & could’ve been reversed, but hotel told me to wait, debit would vanish in a few days. FALSE. Next day my money was GONE. Over days I contacted the manager who said it was fixed but the money did not return. I called Wyndham who said they don’t control individual properties’ billing. Hotel mgr claimed something went wrong with Expedia’s payment to them, so they took the money from me. Problems: 1) Expedia admits payments can glitch. But in my case, their records show it went thru. 2) When there is a problem, hotel is supposed to contact Expedia thru a dedicated line just for payment issues & Exp re-sends the payment. Hotel never contacted Expedia. 3) Exp says hotel CANNOT debit my card unless they NOTIFY me. They didn’t. As far as I knew I was paid in full. 4) Cost was $82. They took $103. Hotel never sent receipt saying they debited my acct (until I called). If I hadn’t seen debit, hotel would’ve kept my money & I would’ve paid TWICE for room PLUS extra $21.
