"We spent just one quick night at this hotel and we had a great experience. I'm sure this isn't the norm, but we arrived in the city several hours before check-in time and the front desk clerk sent us right up to our room, and there was no additional charge when we checked out. For a New York hotel, the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was clean and we got a very reasonable rate through Expedia. "I had a great stay here. The rooms are very plain but exceptionally clean. The staff are so friendly. The restaurant food was ok but I liked the staff so much that it was still a great experience. I think for the price I paid, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in NYC. Great transportation links as well. Recommend for your first time in the city. "
