Furthermore, the staff gave me the birthday cake as a free gift, together with a handwriting welcome card by Ms Dolly. Thanks to the staff very much! Except the good service, the room was good maintained, clean and well equipped. "

"It’s a great pleasure to stay at this hotel for more than two weeks time. The first experience with bell attendant Andy, who is very friendly and use sign language make us feel better for the hotel. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and willing to be helpful. The breakfast is not only rich but with good taste of traditional Shanghai food some are even better than the reputable restaurant. The chefs and attendants are most local Shanghainese they are extremely friendly with us speaking same dialect. The location is top to none in Shanghai. We are sure will come back again. Many thanks for making us having a comfortable long stay."
