“We stayed here for 2 days while my kids attended a track meet at the Diablo College a few minutes ago. It was close to where we needed to be. Ample food restaurants nearby. Priced well for the amenities. We enjoy the size of the room it works well with my family since I am traveling with kids. Room is a nice size to accomodate multiple luggage bags. Pool needs some TLC though... it gets alot of use and we notice in most of the Embassy Suite pools that their is hair, garbage and sediment in……

“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In……

“The Hotel stay was wonderful, they did not have me in the system at first. It was booked on line thru a third party and not thru the hotel. It was resolved and they found the reservation. The staff very accommodating, the breakfast every day , was wonderful. The house keeping staff got anything that I needed. A very pleasant stay. ”

“Let's start with noise & the inability to block out bright parking area lights. We could hear people upstairs bumping around all night & the shades did NOT block out the lights so it was hard to fall asleep. Also it's strange that we had liquid shampoo & condition but a teeny bar of soap in the shower. We had an accessible room and the bathroom floor was slick (polished?). My husband could have fallen. Breakfast was fine, but food service people kept blocking access somehow--no awareness of……

“the hotel is wonderful! it is quiet and beautifully decorated. It is good choice when you don't have a such high budget to use a hotel in city center. It is around 30 minutes from fisherman's wharf.”
