“Clean over all on property. The vacant property adjacent to motel has trash against fence. The front parking needs handicap signs repainted. ”

Great location for food dispensaries abs regis university.. bars gas stations and major arteries.. easy lyft/uber pickup- mcoys, winchells, 7-11, fried chicken 🍗, mickey ds, the tavern, on & on... great area.. good stay ..i ate mcoys every day”

“The bed and room are clean and tidy, except that the shower water in the bathroom is relatively small.Everything else is good.”

“The rooms are dated but the staff and rooms were great. We were hiking and had early morning but never had a proboem with noise. Clear Creek running along the back was amazing. We left the rear sliding door open whenever we were there. It was extremely relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Had an issue with fridge working but they came within 2min of calling the office to fix it. We hope to be back again!!”

“Be aware this is more of a resident Motel 6. Other than a bar of soap there are NO amenities, no Coffee in the room or in the lobby. No AC in the room, just blowing hot air. Loud diesel truck driving in and out, lots of yelling and partying that you would expect in a resident hotel. A big hotel with 1 pot of coffee in the "lunchroom" that was not refilled. Candy bar machine was not functional, 2 ice machines with 1 working, I would not stop if traveling. There are other choices.”
