This was a beautiful property. We were right by the elevator, which is usually not a good room, but I heard nothing from the hallway. It was very quiet. The staff at the restaurant and bar were so helpful and pleasant. The pool was indoors and very nice. The breakfasts were fantastic. Omelets to order. Delicious hot sausage, potatoes and biscuits. We had a great stay.

The Academy was a great place, and we'll stay there again. We wanted to get in the pool, but it was crowded. We missed breakfast only because of own fault of sleeping in. We will definitely stay there again!

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. And, oh my, the king bed is so comfortable! No real view. We had a small inconvenience with the sink, and they took care of it immediately. The staff is friendly and kind from the front desk to wait staff to maintenance. The breakfast is great and with lots of choices. Right off I- 25 and easy to get to other places. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights and were very pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was great, Terri was an outstanding friendly server and suggested a few attractions. The gym was lacking some dumbbells but I made due. 10/10 for this hotel!

Nice, quiet hotel with decent rooms. The heated pool was nice. The restaurant selection in the area was great and shopping nearby by! It's a little trashy on the back side of the building. Felt uncomfortable going to and from my car at night.

It was sufficient for an overnight stay. The place was clean and no malodors. We didn't like the vessel sink style - water kept overflowing to the sides. The bathroom is cramped as well.

The elevator was broken and we were staying on the 4th floor They did give us another room but help with carrying out bags and the second rooms table had unstable legs. And the rest of the furniture was getting broken down

Excellent free breakfast with many offerings. Front desk is not staffed properly. Had to wait 30 minutes to checkin standing in line with only 1 person available AND this was when they were telling everyone to come back at a certain time. Bedrooms nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms need updated as mine had peeling paint everywhere. Airconditioning is provided with a window unit that is so loud, you cannot watch TV; had to use Closed Captioning. If they'd fix these last 2 items, I give it a much better rating.
