“We booked this place to celebrate my husband's Memorial Day weekend birthday -- just the two of us. We wanted time on the lake outside of the Charlotte Motor Speedway/Coca Cola experience I bought him for his birthday. The property exceeded our expectations -- so much so, we didn't eat a single meal out, opting to cook/grill out to maximize our time on the lake. We wanted for nothing. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, with every amenity -- the kayaks, paddleboards, firepit, dock...

“Lake house was clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a fun relaxing time fishing from the dock and drinking coffee on the porch in the rocking chairs. Added bonus was the electronic basketball game under the carport. The home was stocked with everything you needed and more! Would definitely stay there again.”

“My family & I were in NC for my nephew’s graduation. Jamie’s place was perfect for our stay! It was very cute, cozy, and clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. While we weren’t there for the lake, it was a nice bonus to be able to look out the front windows and see the lake or sit on the front deck and enjoy it! Jamie was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly. House was well stocked with anything you would need. She even had a pitcher...

“We chose the Azaela Cottage b/c our daughter was holding her wedding 3 doors down. But it was perfect for the parents of the bride. Far enough away from all the wedding shenanigans, but close enough we could easily help w/anything required. B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. Would love to stay again & see more of the area.”

“Jamie’s property is the perfect quiet getaway! The house is so cutely decorated and has everything you might need. Jamie was so helpful and responded quickly anytime we reached out to her. We were a group of 5 Moms looking for some relaxation and time together and it was perfect. We spent most of our time on the dock enjoying the peaceful cove of the lake and the kayaks. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Very whimsical stay, kids throughouly enjoyed the scavenger hunt and small knick knacks in house. Easy to find, convenient driveway, not far from town, clean and roomy. All around great stay.”

“I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took”

“We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!”

My children loved running around and playing fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking, all of it even the rainy days it was nice to hunker down and play games and watch movies . It was truly a blast. I'm so thankful we had amazing host who took care of us like family. Would defiantly recommend for family fun and a place to rest and relax.”
