Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed.

Hotel was close to the subway and bus, easy to roam around the city. Staff were very friendly, great buffet of breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful experience and made our vacation memorable.
