The location was perfect. It was so easy to walk to nearby restaurants and sites. The staff was also friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

This was the 3rd time staying here in 4 months. The construction noise did start up way before 9 am so that was disappointing but everything else was lovely.

Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall nice clean property. Fitness center not easily accessible from hotel rooms as you have to go out of elevators and walk several flights of staircases down.
