“We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing and within walking distance to everything. My wife forgot a shell that my son had found and gifted to her, the owner went out of her way to take the shell to FedEx and send it back to my wife. This act of kindness made a huge difference to my wife. Great house and even better owner.”

“We stayed for the month of July. This was our seventh July in Coronado having before stayed near 7th and G, 10th and I, 10th and E, and Ynez near 10th, and this was our favorite location yet. It is conveniently located near Orange avenue and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store, and less than two blocks to the beach. The garage was really nice to have for one car, and to be able to charge our EV with the 110v outlet in the garage. The inside is spacious with two very cozy……

“We had the most fantastic stay at this property…we didn’t want to leave. Valerie was wonderful…she checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us recommendations. My husband and I were in town visiting family. When we weren’t busy, we just enjoyed relaxing at the house. It is so tranquil…the grounds have beautiful gardens and the house couldn’t be more gorgeous. We will definitely stay here when we visit in the future! Highly recommend to anyone staying on……

“From the second I walked in and was greeted by Eric after a long drive, the day turned beautiful! I felt at home. Across the street from the most beautiful beach, all the bars and restaurants you can possibly imagine, and the jacuzzi on the third floor overlooking the Coronado beach is a huge plus to your stay! ”

“Took my 10 year old granddaughter to my favorite place…Coronado. Ironically got the exact same bungalow I had 2 years ago. It was perfect. Always stocked with all you need, they have added beach wagons, chairs, sand toys and more! It was so nice to be able to use the wagon…little legs are always worn out on the way home from the beach. We shared many deep conversations at the outdoor seating. It was a perfect trip. I will always look for these properties in the future.”
