Condo smelled of cigarette smoke. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Toilet too close to sink. Bed frame was not supported very well. When booked stated “marina view”. And their was not! A view of Sonic parking lot. Pipe kept banging all night near washer dryer connection. And dog barked constantly next door.

Keep in mind that some people live in this building, so they will not be courteous about noise. The location is decent, right between whataburger and sonic so you have food close by if you don’t want to venture into the city, not far from the beach or Corpus. The building itself is slightly run down, elevator is janky HOWEVER at least there is one at all, because the winding staircase was not for me especially since we were on the 4th floor. The room on its own, is quaint with nice amenities for you to use. You have your own washer and dryer, which is a huge convenience when staying on the beach all day! Very clean, enjoyed the balcony. Overall, I give it 7/10. Parking was not an issue, there was more than enough spaces.

Could not stay, had to get another hotel. Room smelled like mold, bed uncomfortable. The only thing we were told was they would notify local management.

It was overall a pretty good experience. The water was off for several hours while we wers there but someone came and repaired the line that broke same day!

I liked the pool, although it looked as if it could be cleaner. I personally liked the location and the room, it was within minutes to Whitecap beach and to good fishing spots. My wife was not too pleased with the room though, she did not like that the room was right next to an exit door which would stay open all night long due to the rollers on the bottom of the sliding glass door were broken. We didn't like that there was a nice coffee maker but no coffee. Overall I feel was a good place and I would consider another stay.

This place is the NASTIEST place I have ever stayed at Not only was it filthy and disgusting but the security guard was walking around smoking cigarettes blowing smoke in everybody’s face not wearing a mask in the middle of an epidemic and then when I confronted the property manager about the issue her response was it’s a third-party company I have no control over that I recommend you do not take your family or loved ones to this establishment if you want a safe fun vacation

Excellent location, love close to restaurants, And the beach and fishing. Appears to be an older site The interior was really well-maintained. Little bit of exterior work probably needed specially in landscaping. This unit required access via stairs or elevator. Not for the physically challenged probably. The unit was very clean and included washer dryer coffee maker shampoos and soaps and plenty of towels. Maybe slightly overpriced for a studio but was OK for a weekend fishing trip
