We traveled to Cancun for a family reunion. We have been to Cancun and stayed at over a dozen resorts. This is one of our favorites (if not the favorite). The sandy beach is large, water is crystal clear, no rocks. Lots of restaurants. Easy to find chairs, palapas, and sunbeds. Easy to eat with our group. Entertainment available in the evenings. The two bedroom oceanview suite is perfect for a family. Food and drinks are great. Can't wait to be back soon!

Overall great experience! It was our first time in Cancun— the private transport was excellent and the driver gave us information about the area and was friendly.
Our swim up suite was located in the family section, it was quiet and the pool was amazing! Dining options allowed for some diversity in cuisine and the variety was good.
The room service did take a lot longer than quoted and the rooms bathroom didn’t have much privacy. However over all it was a fantastic stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Service was top notch. Staff were very accommodating. The grounds were spotless. My Butler Melissa was awesome always there when needed. Food was very tasty, even room services was good. Antonio the room services delivery man was wonderful, great service. Abraham at the pool was great too. My only suggestion would be for some late night stuff to do. Everything seems to shut down at 11pm. I will be back.

10/10 Highly Recommend. I will be coming back here every year! There were lots of weddings, the staff were all so friendly and kind and always willing to help. The staff and resort itself is top tier & it’s really beautiful there. The pool is big, the beach is so clean, the restaurants are all good. Always having activities. They are always cleaning and always room service. Majestic Elegance really lives up to their name in every way.

A truly majestic all-inclusive experience. Top-shelf food and drinks at Mexican, Italian, French, seafood and steak restaurants. Breakfast buffet baked goods disappointing despite huge selection. Pools and beaches great. Water warm. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment was surprisingly outstanding — especially the festive White Night fire show and Mexican Night show with fantastic outdoor buffet.
