“There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day.”

“This place is fantastic. The room has a great view of the jungle within the property where you can see hummingbirds and swallows every morning. They bring coffee and banana bread to your door every morning. It’s partnered with the fiesta Americana so you get all the pools and amenities from that hotel too. The resort also has excursions set up for you every day that are included in the price of the stay, which is huge. The tour guides, Julio, Armando, and Nestor all were perfectly bilingual,……

“Nice staff and amenities were good. This is an older hotel but for the price it was on point. Wish there were more food options but the food was decent. The resort was pretty quiet so it felt very private. ”
