"Very friendly staff. The adults-only pool being so far from the activities pool when you're traveling with a young teenager was not ideal. Room service menu was so limited that it was never a reasonable option. Why offer it? "

"There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day."

"We love that you could snorkel and see lots of fishes right there from the hotel. Yes, the restaurants are not cheap but great service and good food. The whole hotel staff from room service to restaurants, pool food service, concierge etc were very nice, accommodating and available. We will go back in a heart beat! "

It’s conveniently located walkable to the main town and the amenities of the hotel are fantastic every single person that works there is so friendly, but specifically we would like to acknowledge Mayra- coffee bar Angel - coffee bar Victoria - food server at Italian restaurant The beds were very comfortable, the view was like no other just spectacular and the room had a large jacuzzi style tub that you could enjoy while looking out at the beautiful view of the ocean.
