"This was our first visit to Cozumel and we felt at home right away at Casa de Maya. It was very clean and had a charm not found at big resorts. We loved Chef Daniel's breakfast, which we had 5 out of 7 days we were there and a very delicious dinner made by him.
we would definitely stay there again."

"We love that you could snorkel and see lots of fishes right there from the hotel. Yes, the restaurants are not cheap but great service and good food. The whole hotel staff from room service to restaurants, pool food service, concierge etc were very nice, accommodating and available. We will go back in a heart beat!

"This is by far the best hotel in Cozumel. I’ve stayed here on 6 different occasions and it gets better each visit. Only place I’ll stay in Cozumel. Thank you for an awesome trip. "
"There is so much to love about this resort! The grounds are outstanding. The food is way above average. The staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they need to do something about people who will put towels on chairs at the pool and on the beach and never show up all day! They need to go back to issuing just one beach towel per person so that you can't reserve a chair at the beach and then stay up at the pool all day."
"What a hidden gem near the Centro area! The property is beautifully maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. We certainly enjoyed our short stay and will be back on our next visit to the island! "
"Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!"

"Nice staff and amenities were good. This is an older hotel but for the price it was on point. Wish there were more food options but the food was decent. The resort was pretty quiet so it felt very private. "

"Very friendly staff. The adults-only pool being so far from the activities pool when you're traveling with a young teenager was not ideal. Room service menu was so limited that it was never a reasonable option. Why offer it? "
