"Arriving at the Shiraz Boutique Bed and Breakfast is like being transported to another time. Not only is it a historic house, filled with beautiful antiques from all over the world (painstakingly selected by the lovely owners, David and Alex), but this is a real, honest-to-god bed and breakfast, folks. One of the last of its kind where the owners greet you with a pot of tea, make you breakfast, and will sit and chat with you to learn about your travels and regale you with stories of their own....

"The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration. "This was a perfect home base for exploring this coastal area (redwood parks, Brookings in Oregon, Crescent City and its nearby beaches) for a couple days. The unit was very comfortable and is located in a nice, quiet, wooded neighborhood just outside of Crescent City. Aneka was very friendly and we had a lot of privacy."
